- Assist in Transactions:
- Agents should act as a bridge between promoters and allottees, ensuring:

- Timely delivery of project-related information.
- Smooth execution of agreements.
- Adhere to Ethical Practices:
- Follow all legal and ethical standards outlined in the RERA rules.
- Avoid any activity that harms the interest of buyers, promoters, or other stakeholders.
- Renewal of Registration:
- Agents must renew their RERA registration every five years.
- They must comply with all rules and regulations for the renewal process.
- Facilitate Consumer Rights:
- Agents should ensure that buyers (allottees):
