  3. Check the carpet area mentioned<\/strong> in the marketing materials.<\/li>\n
  4. Try to ascertain the financial status of the developer.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Don\u2019t become a prey<\/strong> to the sales pitch of the Closing Managers<\/strong>. Take your own sweet time and decide accordingly.<\/li>\n
  6. Look out<\/strong> for two to three projects<\/strong> before taking a plunge.<\/li>\n
  7. Better confirm the view offered on each floor of the building with the sales manager.<\/li>\n
  8. Consult with some experienced professionals – Maharera Certify Property consultants<\/strong> on each project you are interested in.<\/li>\n
  9. The construction experience of the builder is of utmost importance to the buyer. Check whether the developer has an inhouse team or has outsourced the construction work.<\/li>\n
  10. Try to get the valuation of the apartments done by a good valuer or estate agent.<\/li>\n
  11. Do look out for the possession time promised by the developer\u2019s sales team.<\/li>\n
  12. Verify all the facts, marketing materials with the information available on the MahaRera website.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  13. Go for a reputed<\/strong> or branded developer<\/strong>, but with a cautious mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    These are the some of the points which should be considered in buying an under-construction property in Mumbai. GO ahead and achieve your dreams.
